After signing in, click the Notifications menu at the top right of the screen. You can see all support requests created with your registered email address and their current status.
Can I access my old requests?+
Yes, after signing in you can access all your past requests from the "My Requests" menu.
How will I be notified when my request is resolved?+
You will automatically receive a notification at your registered email address once your request is resolved.
